Moroccan rugs typically have tassels adorning only one edge, allowing you the flexibility to adjust their presence according to your preference. The typical tassel length falls within the 4 to 6-inch range.

Each of our rugs is meticulously crafted on a made-to-order basis, handwoven in the Atlas Mountains and subsequently washed and dried in the Moroccan breeze. Presently, our estimated production time spans from 6 to 12 weeks. For rug orders exceeding 9x12 feet in size, kindly anticipate an additional two-week production period.

What is your returns policy?

Given that our rugs are crafted specifically for each order, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns. We strongly recommend ordering a sample swatch before finalizing your purchase to ensure your satisfaction with both the wool quality and color choices. Please double-check your measurements, colors, and design selections for accuracy prior to making a purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Our custom rug orders typically enter production within 24 hours of order receipt. Consequently, we can only process cancellations, modifications, and refunds for custom orders within the first 24 hours after purchase.
